V

JOHN GUNSALUS, DEFENDANT-RESPONDENT.

Appellant having moved, upon the return of an order to show cause granted by the Honorable Edward D. Carni on May 20, 2013, for a stay of all proceedings to enforce an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on May 8, 2013, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Richard B. Alderman, Esq., dated May 8, 2013, the affidavit of Kristen Gunsalus sworn to May 8, 2013, and said show cause order with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that it seeks to stay Supreme Court's order insofar as it (1) granted temporary physical custody of the parties' minor children to the father, (2) granted temporary daytime visitation of the children to the mother pursuant to a schedule prepared by the attorney for the children, and (3) specifically set forth the visitation schedule prepared by the attorney for the children, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
