| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Judy Kramer for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated March 15, 2013, which determined appeals from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered April 7, 2010, and three orders of the same court entered April 7, 2010, August 7, 2010, and August 8, 2011, respectively. Separate motion by Judy Kramer, inter alia, to stay her eviction from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, to stay the eviction is denied as academic.
