| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motions by the respondent-appellant, inter alia, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated May 22, 2012, and an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the same court dated September 10, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to enlarge the respondent-appellant's time to serve and file a brief are granted to the extent that the respondent-appellant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 9, 2013, and the respondent-appellant's brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied.
