Now, upon reading and filing the statement of William Anderson filed May 23, 2013, the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motions are granted to the extent that petitioner William Anderson is directed to file the notice of appeal on or before July 26, 2013, and
It is further ORDERED, in the event that a notice of appeal is filed by the above date, the appeal shall be perfected on or before September 26, 2013, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is dismissed without further order.
