Appeals from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered September 16, 2011 and October 21, 2011, respectively.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal from the order entered October 21, 2011 is dismissed, as that order was vacated by a subsequent order of the Civil Court entered December 7, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal from the order entered September 16, 2011 is dismissed, as that order was superseded by the order entered December 7, 2012, made upon reargument.
