DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant Bridget Minner on an appeal from a final judgment of the City Court of Rye, Westchester County, dated June 6, 2012, to reinstate and continue a stay granted by decision and order of this court dated November 23, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the appeal be perfected on or before August 2, 2013 and on the further condition that appellant Bridget Minner continue to comply with the other conditions contained in the decision and order of this court dated November 23, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event that any of the above conditions are not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice.
