| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 14, 2013, and, in effect, to continue (1) an order of the same court dated October 26, 2012, directing that the respondents be supervised by the appellant, (2) an order of protection of the same court dated January 31, 2013, directing the respondent mother to stay away from the subject child, and (3) an order of the same court dated November 5, 2012, inter alia, directing the respondent father to produce the subject child, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order dated June 14, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the orders dated October 26, 2012, January 31, 2013, and November 5, 2012, are continued, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied.
