Motion by the respondent Courtney M. C. to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 17, 2012, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the consent of the appealing party, or, alternatively, for an enlargement of time to file her brief. Application by respondent Uhura W. to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 17, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the respondents to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until August 9, 2013, and the respective briefs of the respondents must be served and filed on or before that date.
