DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the petitioner to recall and vacate a decision, order and judgment of this Court dated November 28, 2012, which, inter alia, dismissed a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 in the nature of mandamus, inter alia, to compel the respondents to "remove all false representations that have been made" by them in certain proceedings, on the ground that this Court does not have subject matter jurisdiction to entertain this proceeding (see CPLR 506[b]; 7804[b]), and for poor person relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the petitioner shall make no further motions in connection with this proceeding without prior leave of this Court.
