Appeal by Trudy Ennis from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 4, 2013. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 20, 2013, the appellant was directed to file in the office of the Clerk of this Court on or before June 19, 2013, an affidavit or affirmation stating the date when the transcript was ordered and paid for, and the date by which the transcript was expected. The appellant has failed to file the affidavit or affirmation.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 20, 2013.
