On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated July 5, 2013, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 9, 2012, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words, "no papers having been filed" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed."
