Appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a pro se reply brief on the appeal taken from the judgment of Supreme Court, Erie County rendered March 9, 2011, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Francisco Tirado sworn to June 4, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the time to file and serve a pro se reply brief is extended to August 7, 2013,
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
