Motion by the defendant for leave to reargue his prior applications pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated October 18, 2012, and December 12, 2012, respectively, which were denied by me in separate decisions and orders on applications dated April 3, 2013, and April 10, 2013, respectively.
