Motion by the petitioner, inter alia, in effect, for leave to reargue her prior motion to recall and vacate a decision and order on application of this Court dated October 17, 2012, which granted her application to withdraw a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 22, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
