Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated February 19, 2013, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County entered October 3, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by appellant to vacate the dismissal is granted and the dismissal is hereby vacated; and it is further,
ORDERED, on the court's own motion that appellant shall serve and file her briefs on or before July 10, 2013.
