DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

2012-2446 Q C
Toyota Motor Credit Corporation, Respondent, v
Claudia P. Ayala, Appellant.

Motion by appellant on consolidated appeals from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered September 28, 2012 and April 9, 2013, respectively, for an enlargement of time to serve and file papers in reply to respondent's opposition to appellant's prior motion to consolidate the appeals. Separate motion by appellant to withdraw her prior motion to consolidate the appeals if the motion for an enlargement of time to serve and file a reply be denied.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's motions are consolidated for disposition; and it is further,

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeals are dismissed on the ground that the right of direct appeal from the orders terminated with the entry of judgment in the action on June 21, 2013 (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241, 248 [1976]); and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant's motions are denied as moot.
