Motion by appellant for leave to reargue her prior motion to be restored to possession of the subject premises pending the determination of an appeal from a decision of the Justice Court of the Town of Greenburgh, Westchester County, dated October 1, 2012, which prior motion was determined by decision and order of this court dated April 11, 2013.
