Motion by occupants for leave to appeal from a sua sponte order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated May 6, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to occupants moving in the Civil Court to vacate the sua sponte order and, if necessary, appealing as of right from the determination of that motion (see Sholes v Meagher, 100 NY2d 333, 335-336 [2003]).
