Tezikya Fatuma, Landlord, v Afoma Ngumezi, Tenant.

Motion by tenant for an extension of time to take an appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, dated December 9, 2011, and for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an extension of time to take an appeal is denied (see CPLR 5513; 5514 [c]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person is denied as academic.
