The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Clyde Collins etc., Appellant.

Appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Richmond County, rendered August 21, 2007. By order to show cause dated May 29, 2013, the parties were directed to show cause before this court why the above-entitled appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that the notice of appeal was untimely.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed (see CPL 460.10).
