Motion by appellant on an appeal from judgments of conviction of the City Court of White Plains, Westchester County, rendered October 4, 2011, for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal and for an order waiving the costs of additional transcripts.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before July 31, 2013; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an order waiving the costs of additional transcripts is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted.
