Application by the appellant on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered April 15, 2012, and two orders of the same court dated June 29, 2012, and August 8, 2011, respectively, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2), in effect, to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment dated April 15, 2012, and the notice of appeal from the judgment, in accordance with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 25, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appellant's time to serve and file the supplemental record is enlarged until August 8, 2013.
