Motion by the appellant to reargue and renew an order of this court dated December 31, 2012, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Third District, rendered June 14, 2012, and, upon vacatur, for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal.
