DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Aaron Mizrahi for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated June 11, 2013, and to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal or for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal from so much of the order as directed a hearing on the objections filed by Jennifer Elkins under Docket No. F-7033-08/12I is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal from so much of the order as denied the objections under Docket No. F-7033-08/12J is denied as unnecessary (see Family Ct Act § 439[e]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
