Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 28, 2013, and to continue the placement of the subject children with the maternal grandmother, with supervision pursuant to the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, to the extent that the placement of the subject children is continued with the maternal grandmother, with supervision pursuant to the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied.
