It is Ordered that petitioner's motion to vacate the stay granted by this Court's order of June 7, 2013 is denied, without prejudice to petitioner's right, if so advised, to renew its application no less than 15 days after issuance of a decision in Supreme Court in connection with the tenant's pending petition for the appointment of a permanent guardian under Article 81 of the Mental Hygiene Law.
