DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated February 10, 2012, to include an order of the same court dated May 8, 2013, or, in the alternative, to take judicial notice of the order dated May 8, 2013. Cross motion by the appellant to enlarge the record to include the documents filed with the Family Court, Suffolk County, that resulted in the order dated May 8, 2013, and to consolidate the appeal from the order dated February 10, 2012, with the appeal from the order dated May 8, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same day; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time of the respondent and the attorney for the child to serve and file their briefs with respect to the appeal from the order dated February 10, 2012, is enlarged until August 13, 2013, and the briefs of the respondent and the attorney for the child must be served and filed on or before that date.
