| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Gary L. Casella, Chief Counsel to the Grievance Committee for the Ninth Judicial District, as court appointed inventory attorney for the files of disbarred attorney, Kevin J. Shortall, (1) to be discharged as court-ordered inventory attorney in the above-captioned matter and (2) for authorization to destroy any remaining files contemplated by the court-ordered inventory that remain unclaimed. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 8, 2012, Gary L. Casella, Chief Counsel to the Grievance Committee for the Ninth Judicial District, was appointed as inventory attorney with respect to the files of Kevin J. Shortall, a disbarred attorney.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that Gary L. Casella, Chief Counsel to the Grievance Committee for the Ninth Judicial District, is relieved of the appointment as inventory attorney; and it is further
ORDERED that Gary L. Casella, Chief Counsel to the Grievance Committee for the Ninth Judicial District, is authorized to destroy by incineration or shredding, any remaining files contemplated by the court-ordered inventory that remain unclaimed; and it is further
ORDERED that the Grievance Committee for the Ninth Judicial shall preserve a record of all files inventoried, and which files were delivered to clients or their counsel, or unclaimed and destroyed pursuant to this order.
