Separate applications by the petitioner/cross respondent and the respondents/cross petitioners pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect a proceeding pursuant to Executive Law § 298.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the petitioner/cross respondent's time to perfect the proceeding is enlarged until October 7, 2013; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents/cross petitioners shall serve and file their answering brief, including their points of argument on the cross petition, in accordance with the rules of the Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
