On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 10, 2013, and the order on application of this Court dated February 1, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated July 16, 2012, are amended by deleting from the first paragraphs thereof the words "an order of the Surrogate's Court, Westchester County, dated October 11, 2011," and substituting therefor the words "a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated July 16, 2012."
