ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 22, 2013, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 26, 2012, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Suffolk County," and substituting therefor the words "Kings County."
