Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Anthony D. Amaker sworn to June 26, 2013, and July 9, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 24, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date July 23, 2013, and inserting in its place the date September 23, 2013.
