DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Putnam County, dated March 18, 2013, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew on or before August 22, 2013, upon proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth (1) the value of equity in the home and (2) why the appellant is unable to use this equity.
