Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter and to stay "all attempts to interfere with Vincent [G.] as the duly appointed Health Care Proxy" of Rose G., pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 15, 2013.
