Motion by the appellants on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated June 5, 2012, which were dismissed by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 21, 2013, in effect, for leave to reargue their prior motion, inter alia, to recall and vacate the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 21, 2013, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 7, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
