| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant Henrietta W. on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 3, 2012, to reinstate her brief, which was stricken by decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 25, 2013, on the ground that it refers to matter dehors the record, or, in effect, to enlarge the time to serve and file a replacement brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to reinstate the brief is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to enlarge the time to serve and file a replacement brief is granted, and on or before September 3, 2013, the appellant Henrietta W. shall serve and file a replacement brief that does not refer to matter dehors the record (see CPLR 5526).
