Appeals by Danielle K. from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 11, 2013, and June 25, 2013, respectively.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated June 11, 2013 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-07281), is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved by so much of that order as dismissed the petition under Docket No. N-849/13 and so much of that order as made a finding of neglect under Docket No. N-617/13 is superseded by the order dated June 25, 2013.
