DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the petitioners for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 11, 2013, and, inter alia, to stay their eviction from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to file proof of service of the order to show cause in accordance with its terms.
