Appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, rendered March 6, 2013. By order to show cause dated June 6, 2013, the parties were directed to show cause before this court why the above-entitled appeal should or should not be dismissed as untimely.
Upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto by respondent, and no papers having been filed in response thereto by appellant, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed as untimely (see CPL 460.10 [1] [a]).
