Motion by respondent to consolidate an appeal from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered May 24, 2012 and July 17, 2012, respectively (appeal No. 2012-2099 Q C), with an appeal from an order of the same court entered January 2, 2013 (appeal No. 2013-303 Q C).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
