The People of the State of New York, Appellant, v Saeideh Moslem, Mehdi Moslem and Saaed Moslem Doing Business as Exclusive Motor Sports, Respondents.

Appeal from an order of the Justice Court of the Village of Monroe, Orange County, entered June 3, 2013.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that so much of the appeal as was taken from the portion of the order finding defendant Saaed Moslem doing business as Exclusive Motor Sports not guilty of two violations of the Village of Woodbury Zoning Code is dismissed, as no appeal lies from an order acquitting a defendant after trial (see CPL 450.20; People v Schaum, 10 Misc 3d 94 [App Term, 9th & 10th Jud Dists 2005]).
