On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 12, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 26, 2013, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "January 23, 2009" and substituting therefor the date "April 26, 2013."
