On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 30, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the citation "22 NYCRR 191.4(l)(1)(i)" and substituting therefor the citation "22 NYCRR 691.4(l)(1)(I)."
