ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 29, 2013, in the above-entitled appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, all dated January 2, 2013, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof Appellate Division Docket Nos. "2012-00795" and "2012-00796," and substituting therefor Appellate Division Docket Nos. "2013-00795" and "2013-00796".
