On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated July 1, 2013, on an appeal by Kelly J. Powell from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated April 20, 2012, which enlarged the time of the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief on the appeal is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the date "July 30, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "August 1, 2013."
