Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay Little Flower Children's Services from making any arrangements for the subject children to travel outside the United States pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 31, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Little Flower Children's Services is stayed
from making any arrangements for the subject children to travel outside the United States pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
