On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 3, 2013, on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 20, 2012, and July 3, 2012, respectively, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "August 5, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "August 6, 2013."
