Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 11, 2013, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 14, 2011, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 29, 2012, as amended by decisions and orders on motion dated December 31, 2012, March 7, 2013, and April 29, 2013, respectively.
