| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent, inter alia, in effect, to vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 23, 2009, as immediately suspended her from the practice of law pursuant to New York Judiciary Law § 90(4)(f), as a result of her conviction of a serious crime, and authorized the Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District to institute and prosecute a disciplinary proceeding against her. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 26, 1983, under the name Ruth Marie Pollack.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
