| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to compel the production of certain documents. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 26, 1983, under the name Ruth Marie Pollack. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 23, 2009, the respondent was immediately suspended from the practice of law pursuant to New York Judiciary Law § 90(4)(f), as a result of her conviction of a serious crime, and the Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District was authorized to institute and prosecute a disciplinary proceeding against her.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic as the respondent was provided access to records of this Court concerning this proceeding.
